About the Journal

Mangrove Watch provides a forum for scientists, conservationists, resource managers, policymakers, and local communities to publish impactful research and exchange knowledge to better understand, conserve, restore, and manage mangroves sustainably. Topics covered reflect the diverse values, uses, and threats facing mangroves worldwide, including ecology, biodiversity, carbon storage capabilities, interactions with adjacent habitats, hydrology, community reliance and governance, vulnerability mapping, the impacts of and adaptation options for climate change, monitoring and modeling approaches, policy implications, and integrated conservation strategies.
