Author Fees

General Information
This journal operates as a full open-access journal, providing immediate and unrestricted access to all published content. This publishing model maximizes the dissemination, visibility, and impact of our authors' research.

Our APC structure supports numerous essential publishing functions, including rigorous peer review administration, professional editorial services, advanced digital publishing technologies, and comprehensive indexing — all critical components in maintaining the high standards expected of a reputable journal.

APC Framework
Effective May 1, 2026, the journal introduces a transparent and flexible APC framework with three distinct options to accommodate diverse author circumstances.

Option 1: Enhanced Contribution
Authors who wish to provide additional support to the journal's scholarly mission may voluntarily contribute beyond the standard APC. In the spirit of collective contribution and mutual subsidy, these funds directly support fellow researchers facing financial constraints, while also enabling journal sustainability and enhancement of editorial processes.

Choose your enhanced contribution level:

  • Supporting Contributor: IDR 2,000,000
  • Sustaining Contributor IDR 2,500,000
  • Visionary Contributor IDR 3,000,000
  • Innovative Contributor IDR 3,500,000
  • Distinguished Contributor IDR 3,500,000+

Option 2: Standard APC
The standard Article Processing Charge is IDR 1,500,000 per accepted manuscript. This fee becomes applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed our rigorous peer review process and received a formal acceptance decision.

Option 3: Waiver/Discount Request
The journal recognizes that researchers may face financial constraints, particularly those from developing regions or early-career researchers without dedicated publication funding. Authors may request a waiver by contacting the editorial committee directly with specific justification.

Please note:

  • Waiver requests require authors to commit to substantial manuscript reviews for future journal submissions
  • Waivers are only available for papers not funded through grants or institutional financial support
  • The final waiver amount will be determined by the journal editorial committee based on individual circumstances and available resources
  • Authors receiving waivers agree to acknowledge the journal's support in future academic presentations

Obligations for Waiver Recipients
As a reciprocal commitment, authors receiving a waiver are required to fulfill the following:

  1. Reviewer Partnership — Willingness to conduct substantial reviews of manuscripts submitted to the journal in the future (minimum 2 manuscripts per year)
  2. Journal Support Acknowledgment — Including an appreciation of the journal's support in future academic presentations, seminars, or conferences
  3. Active Engagement — Participating in journal-organized activities, such as webinars or scholarly discussions when invited
  4. Self-Reporting — Periodically reporting to the editorial team should the author subsequently receive research funding

Publication Agreement
Authors selecting Options 1, 2, or 3 must complete and sign a formal Publication Agreement with the journal that outlines:

  • The specific arrangement selected
  • Mutual commitments between authors and the journal
  • Terms and conditions of the arrangement
  • Duration and scope of the agreement

Services Covered by the APC
The APC covers comprehensive publication services, including:

  • Thorough management of the double-blind peer review process
  • Professional content editing and structural formatting
  • Assignment and registration of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs)
  • Search engine optimization for improved discoverability
  • Long-term digital preservation through multiple archiving systems
  • Comprehensive indexing in major academic databases
  • Perpetual hosting on our secure publishing platform
  • Technical support for authors and readers
  • Opportunity to present published research in journal-sponsored webinars

Payment Methods
Upon receiving formal acceptance of a manuscript, the corresponding author will receive an official invoice along with detailed payment instructions. The journal offers multiple payment options:

  • Bank Transfer — Complete banking details will be provided on the invoice
  • PayPal — For convenient international transactions
  • Institutional Payment — For authors whose institutions maintain a payment agreement with the journal

APC Refund Policy
Given the substantial resources allocated to manuscript processing, APCs are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Note: The APC selection process operates entirely independently from the manuscript evaluation process. Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, methodological rigor, and alignment with the journal's scope.
