Aim and Scope

SDSEPS is a leading peer-reviewed and open-access journal, published by Institute for Advanced Social, Science, and Sustainable Future (IASSSF), Jakarta, Indonesia. SDSEPS is published twice a year (February and August), and all articles published are available online with open access.

SDSEPS journal is dedicated to examining the evolving role of eGovernment in enhancing public service delivery. The journal seeks to publish research that delves into how digital technologies and dynamic systems can be employed to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of government services. SDSEPS aims to serve as a primary platform for scholarly discourse on innovative strategies for modernizing government functions and fostering better citizen engagement through technology.

This journal centers on research that explores the intersection of eGovernment initiatives and public service transformation. It emphasizes studies that analyze how governments can effectively utilize digital tools and dynamic systems to elevate the quality and responsiveness of their services.
