Background: This article aims to explore the role of da'wah, cultural communication and Islamic psychology in change. The psychological approach in Islamic studies is one of the approaches widely used to identify human behavior. Method: This study is a qualitative study using a library research method, namely searching for references from various books and journals that can be accessed online through Scopus. The references are then analyzed using bibliometric analysis with VOSviewer and Scopus data. This study uses VOSviewer to analyze the year of publication, field of research, and contributing countries from 1990 to 2020. Findings: This study reveals that most research in recent years has focused on medicine, social sciences, nursing, arts, and psychology, with the United States and the United Kingdom leading in publication output. Indonesia experienced major forest and land fires in 2015 covering around 2.6 million hectares, mostly caused by land burning for low-cost agriculture. Intercultural and socio-ecological communication approaches can strengthen forest fire prevention messages in multicultural societies. Conclusion: Effective communication can increase public awareness and mobilize support for forest and land fire prevention. Integrating da'wah, cultural communication, and Islamic psychology increases communication effectiveness. Novelty/Originality of this article: The novelty of this study is the integration of da'wah, cultural communication, and Islamic psychology to increase public awareness and mobilization for forest fire prevention. It highlights the importance of cultural sensitivity, empathy, and language factors in increasing communication effectiveness.
