Journal History

Journal of Socio-Cultural Sustainability and Resilience (JSCSR) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Institute for Advanced Science, Social, and Sustainable Future (IASSSF). This journal features scholarly work by academics, researchers, and practitioners focusing on dynamics of community development, socio-environmental sustainability, and cultural preservation. JSCSR is published twice a year, in February and August.

The journal began publication in July 2023 with Volume 1, Issue 1. All submitted manuscripts must be original, research-based contributions within the fields of community development, socio-environmental sustainability, and cultural preservation.

JSCSR is hosted on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Its Open Archives Initiative (OAI) address can be accessed via https://journal-iasssf.com/index.php/JSCSR/oai. The journal received its official ISSN (Online): 3025-0269 in its inaugural edition. JSCSR has also established collaborations with other academic journals to facilitate article exchange, reviewer sharing, and editorial development in order to continuously enhance publication quality.

To increase its visibility and academic reputation, JSCSR has been indexed in Dimensions, Google Scholar, Scilit, BASE, Indonesia OneSearch, EuroPub, Crossref, and GARUDA.
