Journal History

Journal of Placemaking and Streetscape Design (JPSTD) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Institute for Advanced Science, Social, and Sustainable Future (IASSSF). This journal features scholarly work by academics, researchers, and practitioners focusing on street experiments, social or cultural disruptions, and public space management. JPSTD is published twice a year, in February and August.

The journal began publication in July 2023 with Volume 1, Issue 1. 

JPSTD is hosted on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. Its Open Archives Initiative (OAI) address can be accessed via https://journal-iasssf.com/index.php/JPSTD/oai. The journal received its official ISSN (Online): 3025-5449 in its inaugural edition. JPSTD has also established collaborations with other academic journals to facilitate article exchange, reviewer sharing, and editorial development in order to continuously enhance publication quality.

To increase its visibility and academic reputation, JPSTD has been indexed in Dimensions, Google Scholar, Scilit, BASE, Indonesia OneSearch, EuroPub, Crossref, and GARUDA.
