Aim and Scope

EcoFeminist Horizon is a leading peer-reviewed and open-access journal, published by Institute for Advanced Social, Science, and Sustainable Future (IASSSF), Jakarta, Indonesia. EcoFeminist Horizon is published twice a year (February and August), and all articles published are available online with open access.

EcoFeminist Horizon aims to deepen the understanding of the links between environmental justice and gender equity, emphasizing the role of women and marginalized groups in environmental movements. The journal seeks to advance ecofeminist theory and practice, offering innovative solutions that address both ecological and social injustices.

The journal focuses on how environmental policies affect gender dynamics and the contributions of women to sustainable practices. It explores ecofeminist theory, activism, and interdisciplinary research that integrates gender perspectives into environmental issues and solutions.
